Important information about ferries in Galápagos
- Arrive early: All passengers must be at the dock at least 45 minutes prior to departure to comply with the mandatory checks by the Galápagos Biosecurity Agency (ABG) and to be listed on the manifest.
- Luggage is inspected: All baggage is checked before boarding to protect the ecosystem.
- No direct routes between Isabela and San Cristóbal: Currently, there are no direct ferries between San Cristóbal – Isabela or vice versa. You must transfer in Santa Cruz.
- Strict punctuality policy: Ferries depart at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you will lose your seat with no right to a refund.
